TRAINING ZONE DEVELOPMENT
Understanding your training zones allows you to train with intention and focus while staying healthy and injury free. We will work to setup up your zones early and adjust as fitness progresses.
TRAINING FEEDBACK AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Run, bike, and swim are technical events and it is important to be efficient to avoid injury and training plateaus. We will provide form coaching to help you become more efficient in each discipline so you get faster with the same engine.
NUTRITION AND RECOVERY
Often referred to as the 4th discipline, nutrition is key to getting the most out of your body for races, training sessions, and recovery. How Much? When? What kind? We will provide guidance for at-home nutrition as well as race fueling.
